Mark Rasmussen-Biography
Mark has been a licensed realtor since 1994. After a diverse 10 year experience in the construction industry he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and embrace a career in real estate sales. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and exceptional sales skills to offer his clients to reach their goals. In his 16 years of real estate sales he has focused in many areas in Greater Vancouver. From North Van to White Rock, Mark has tackled successful transactions whether it is a condo, townhouse or house. Mark has been recognized for his high performance as one of the best in the Lower Mainland. He is in the top 10% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver for the past 11 years in a row. He is also consistent in achieving top awards in our office at Sutton West Coast. Mark is a talented musician who writes and produces his own music with fellow local musicians. His passion is for piano and keyboard but he also sings, plays guitar and accordian. Mark is a proud father of his children ages 4 and 2 He enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, boating, hiking, floor hockey and golf.
Chera Rasmussen-Biography
Chera is a valued member of the Rasmussen Group since 2005. Her focus has been on various areas of Greater Vancouver, catering to families, new buyers, vacation property and relocation. She brings exceptional people skills as well as 10 years of successful selling and customer service in Radio, Media Sales and Marketing. She has managed large retail and corporate accounts from local to international business levels. She has a very strong work ethic thanks in part to her background which includes competing as a World Cup athlete on Canada’s Biathlon Team, an athletic Personal Trainer and a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. Chera has been recognized with Sutton Awards for Top Sales and Customer Service. She has embraced the lifestyle of the Northshore since moving here 11 years ago from Calgary and is originally from Winnipeg Manitoba. She is active in fitness training, trail running, yoga, pilates, hiking, golf, skiing and boating. She has volunteered her time teaching post natal Mom and Baby fitness at the North Van Recreation. She is a mentor to other Women in the community. Chera is a proud Mom of two.
Eric Rasmussen-Biography
Eric has been working in the real estate business since 1998. His strong negotiating skills, incredible instincts and sense of the market are just a few secrets of his success. He is hard working, passionate and caring and he strives to deliver the best results for all his clients. These qualities have been instilled through a family history of real estate. Eric and Mark’s Father Ed Rasmussen was a key player in the industry for over thirty years. Ed had his own real estate company, Delco Realty which was prominent in the 70’s-80’s era and had a major role in the re-development of much of the Lonsdale corridor. Eric, has been recognized for his achievement through various awards including Top 10% of all Greater Vancouver Realtors Medallion Club Member and Sutton West Coast Office awards for top home sales achievement. Eric enjoys running and hiking with his family, friends and dog “Bella”on our local North Vancouver trails. He likes to work on landscaping his beautiful yard at his unique character home in Lynn Valley. Eric also enjoys fitness, plays floor hockey and has a passion for golf. He is an amazing Uncle to his 2 nieces and 3 nephews who adore him and cherish the time they spend with him.
